    為取信林男，「阿弟仔」詢問匯款帳戶後，立即傳了兩張匯款完成的交易明細表。林男未仔細檢視，就將兩組帳密給了對方。林事後到銀行刷存摺確認，卻沒發現款項，仔細一瞧明細表，才發現根本就不是自己的帳戶，想要與對方聯繫時，對方的LINE和臉書都已關閉封鎖，根本找不到人，才驚覺被騙趕緊報警。

    寶可夢旋風席捲全台，玩家瘋抓寶出現不少亂象，現在更傳出首例買賣寶可夢帳號詐騙案。台南一名林姓男大生日前在網路販賣兩個達30級的帳號，卻遭買家以假匯款交易明細表，騙走辛苦抓來的成果。警方提醒，這種詐騙手法一定還會再發生，呼籲民眾切勿私下買賣帳號，以免受害。

    警方說，因虛擬遊戲的帳號及道具在現實世界中，有一定的財產價值，玩家可透過網拍或交換，所以皆屬詐欺及竊盜罪所保護的客體。寶可夢風潮正熱，呼籲民眾務必小心網路交易陷阱，買賣雙方應在公開平台交易，才有保障。







  • 23歲的林男表示，他抓寶很有一套，同時用了好幾個不同的帳號，練到很高的等級，於是透過臉書社團及「8591」寶物交易網刊登販售帳號的訊息，希望從虛擬遊戲中獲得真實的報酬。
